Yoganand Michael Carroll
Presenter
Yoganand is a master-level teacher in the Kripalu and Pranakriya Yoga traditions. Through many years of intensive study with yoga masters in India and America, Yoganand has gained a profound ability to distill and interpret esoteric yoga texts and techniques. He has taught at the Kripalu Center for more than 30 years, and has configured the original teachings of Swami Kripalavandaji to meet the needs of Western yogis in today’s world without taking away from the ancient teachings. Yoganand is registered with the Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 500 level teacher, and is professor emeritus with the Prankriya School of Yoga Healing Arts which he founded.
"Yoganand brings such mastery and generosity to his teaching. He reminded me about the significance that deep experience has on what a teacher has to offer.” —Jessi Rosinski, YTT student 2017
