The Kripalu Retreat Experience
Whether you’re renting space for your own retreat, or joining us for one of our transformative trainings, your team will be immersed in the Kripalu Retreat & Renewal experience—our signature retreat that takes place here on our beautiful campus. Kripalu R&R allows guests the freedom to choose what they need while they’re here. Maybe it’s a full schedule of yoga classes, healing arts, and outdoor activities like hiking and kayaking. Maybe your employees are just craving free time for reflection and rest. Whatever path they decide to take, they will enjoy delicious healthy meals from the Kripalu Kitchen and the support and care of our beloved faculty. Let the healing begin!

- DIGITAL DETOX: All public spaces at Kripalu are tech-free. Guests are welcome to use their devices within the privacy of their guest rooms (and your rental space, should you choose to allow it), however we encourage all of our guests to take the opportunity to slow down and disconnect while at the center.
Space Rentals For Company Wellbeing Retreats
Kripalu is now offering organizations the opportunity to rent program space to host their own retreat, offsite, or conference. Guests enjoy the magic of Kripalu’s all-inclusive R&R experience. This option is available for midweek only, with a 2 night minimum.
RISE: Our Evidence-Based Stress Resilience Training
For the past 10 years, both on and off the Kripalu campus, RISE has delivered this life- changing program to frontline providers and leadership in some of the most critical social institutions in North America: human services organizations, K–12 schools, correctional facilities, law enforcement, and healthcare.

Transformational Leadership Training
Embark on a transformative leadership journey with Kripalu’s Transformational Leadership Retreat, tailored for organizations aspiring to cultivate exceptional leadership within their teams. In this immersive experience, participants engage in purposeful reflection, co-coaching, and team exercises, fostering skills in emotional agility, resilience, and well-being.

The Transformational Leadership Training is currently offered as an on- campus program at Kripalu. The curriculum can be tailored to fit a schedule of 3-5 nights.

Accommodations
To support your retreat experience, rooms at Kripalu offer an intentionally minimal, peaceful design without distraction (i.e. no televisions, telephones, etc.).
Standard Rooms
Situated in Shadowbrook (our iconic main building) standard rooms are steps away from the dining hall, shop and cafe, and program rooms. Every standard room has access to a shared hallway bathroom and an in-room safe.
Classic Rooms
Situated in Shadowbrook (our iconic main building) these rooms are steps away from the dining hall, shop and cafe, and program rooms. Every classic room has a private bathroom attached and an in-room safe.
Annex Rooms
Situated in the Annex (a newer, eco-friendly building connected to the main building) these rooms are more recently renovated and feature some temperature regulation features. Every annex room has a private bathroom attached and an in-room safe.
Dormitories
The dorms allow for 5–22 people per room and offer simple bunk beds and access to shared hallway bathrooms. Each dorm bed comes with your own alarm clock, reading light, and a safe to store valuables. These rooms are resered for extended stays.
