Eset Rose is the Chief Programming & Innovation Officer at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, where she leads transformative programming, strategic innovation, and equity-driven initiatives that deepen connection, creativity, and collective liberation. With a deep reverence for ancestral wisdom, earth-based traditions, and the cycles of nature, Eset weaves together ritual, creativity, and regenerative leadership to foster spaces of profound healing and transformation.

As a teacher and facilitator, Eset guides programs that reconnect participants with the rhythms of nature, spirit, and their own creative essence. She leads Walking the Ancestral Way: Journeying with Earth-Based Wisdom & Ritual, the Sacred Artist Residency, Transformational Leadership Retreats, and Divine Embodiment, offering immersive experiences rooted in sacred wisdom, embodiment, and artistic expression.

Before joining Kripalu, Eset spent over two decades as a creative and business partner to Alicia Keys, where she played an integral role in developing Grammy-winning projects, world tours, philanthropic initiatives, and groundbreaking creative ventures. Her legacy work includes nurturing artistic vision, building mission-driven brands, and curating transformative experiences that uplift artists and communities.

Drawing from decades of experience in creative strategy, leadership, and program innovation, Eset is passionate about shaping regenerative models that expand access, amplify diverse voices, and create meaningful experiences that serve both individuals and the collective.
