Awaken Your Inner Voice Magnify Your Magic

ENERGY, CONFIDENCE, AND JOY

Prana moves through the body with breath. When we add the vibration of sound, we amplify our ability to experience that prana. The result is increased energy, confidence, and joy.

Join senior Kripalu faculty, vocal coach, Broadway veteran, and creator of The Yoga of Voice, Jurian Hughes, and discover tools to unleash your inner and outer voices with effortless ease. Learn how to awaken your ability to voice your feelings, needs, and truth and become more comfortable expressing yourself to the world. Embrace your voice as a beautiful reflection of who you are while you:

  • Identify physical and emotional tensions inhibiting your natural sound.
  • Experience the power of your breath to communicate and connect.
  • Gain confidence while using your voice in new and inventive ways.
  • Tame your inner critic and expand your vocal comfort zone.
  • Practice using sensation and vibration to tap into your wisdom.
  • Break free of self-judgment and discover greater compassion for yourself and others.

No individual performing is required in this uplifting, fun, and powerfully transformational weekend. Come as you are to breathe, move, chant, laugh, sing, and more—and resonate your way to a calmer, more courageous you. Thoughtful, compassionate self-expression is our right and responsibility and it's important now, more than ever before.
