Ayurveda Self-Care Retreat

NOURISH YOURSELF

How we care for ourselves is a unique and personal experience—and when done with intention, our lives can be experienced as ritual. The ancient wisdom of Ayurveda provides us with thousands of years of practice and technologies to go beyond self-care and invite us into the truth of who we are.

Join the director of the Kripalu School of Ayurveda, Erin Casperson, for a program that nourishes the mind, body, senses, and heart. Together in community, learning, experiencing the practices of Ayurveda, and supported by the people and lands of Kripalu, you will:

  • Uncover your unique constitution through the lens of doshas.
  • Develop daily Ayurveda rituals to nourish your senses to move through all the seasons.
  • Spend time in the Kripalu demo kitchen and leave with a renewed connection to food.
  • Nourish your nervous system with an oil massage.
  • Spend time in the elements befriending winter.

Whether you are a seasoned Ayurvedic practitioner or brand new to Ayurveda, there is a seat for you in this circle.

NOTE Please bring clothing appropriate for self-massage with oil—such as a tank top, shorts, shirt, or pants that can be rolled up—and seasonally appropriate shoes and outerwear for outdoor walks and meditation.
