How you care for yourself is a unique and personal experience—and when done with intention, your life can be experienced as ritual. The ancient wisdom of Ayurveda provides thousands of years of practice and technologies to go beyond self-care and invite you into the truth of who we are.
Join Kripalu Faculty for a program that nourishes your mind, body, senses, and soul. Together in community, learning, experiencing the practices of Ayurveda, and supported by the people and lands of Kripalu, you will:
- Uncover your unique constitution through the lens of doshas.
- Develop daily Ayurveda rituals to nourish your senses to move through all the seasons.
- Connect with food rituals and the gifts of seasonal eating
- Nourish your nervous system with an oil self-massage.
- Spend time befriending the elements.
Whether you are a seasoned Ayurvedic practitioner or brand new to Ayurveda, we welcome you to join this circle of self-care.
NOTE Please bring clothing appropriate for self-massage with oil—such as a tank top, shorts, shirt, or pants that can be rolled up—and seasonally appropriate shoes and outerwear for outdoor walks and meditation.
