- Mindful Kripalu Yoga and soothing yoga nidra
- Sitting, walking, and loving-kindness meditations
- Nourishing, adaptable, take-home wellness practices
- Reflection, journaling, nature immersion, and the creation of a sand mandala

NOTES This program is designed for yoga and meditators of all levels; no prior experience is required. Stephen will be co-teaching the program with Missy. Some of his sessions will be in person and some will be streamed in.
