- Presenter: Michael Lee
- Presenter: Sarah Greco
EMBODIED PARTNER WORK TO EXPAND YOUR RELATIONSHIP
Embodied partner work—using yogic and contemplative practices and carefully guided facilitation—can make a huge difference in couples' relationships, often bypassing endless hours of negotiation and processing.
Join Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy's founder, Michael Lee, and lead trainer, Sarah Greco, for a program that guides you to:
- Deepen your relationships through yoga and embodiment practices, deep listening, and focused dialog.
- Connect with your embodied presence so you can value and accept differences in others.
- Strengthen your empathy and compassion.
Some of the biggest blocks to good relationships include the valuing of differences, acceptance of self and each other as human beings with different wants and desires, and the ability to accept what is real.
Return home with solutions to these blocks, practices to continue learning, and a fresh perspective on your relationship.
NOTE This program is designed for couples and singles who want to enhance their relationship, connect more deeply, build trust and acceptance, and learn to value differences.
