Grief Affinity Circle
- Presenter: Akilah Richards
LET'S HEAL TOGETHER
Grief doesn’t demand clarity or resolve—it asks for our presence, our curiosity, and our permission to feel it fully.
Join grief and loss educator, Akilah S. Richards, to honor your grief judgment-free. In this free monthly gathering, we will:
- Dispel the harmful myths about grief that leave us feeling isolated.
- Recognize the patterns we lean on during relief while evolving our grief-tending skills.
- Offer and receive the kind of listening that nurtures each person’s unique story.
Grief work isn’t about figuring it all out or moving on. It’s about tending to the human need for connection, expression, and care. Let’s take this time to meet ourselves and each other while we cultivate a sense of curiosity about grief’s lessons, even in the midst of deep discomfort.
