Join Kripalu faculty Chef Jeremy Rock Smith as he guides you through the art of crafting holiday treats that are as beautiful as they are delicious.
Through two fun and lively sessions, learn to make some new favorite recipes while embracing a holistic approach to well-being. You will:
- Explore the world of chocolate with a healthy twist.
- Craft decadent chocolate orange beet pot de crèmes with crispy coconut tuile cookies.
- Dive into the warmth of holiday spices.
- Make spiced purple sweet potato pie with a luscious gingered cashew cream.
Whether you're an experienced baker or just starting out, this program offers a perfect mix of tradition, creativity, and holiday cheer. All are welcome, from beginners to seasoned bakers—there's something for everyone!
NOTE Both classes will offer gluten-free and vegan options. Recipes will be provided ahead of time so you can take notes while you watch. Class recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session. You will have access to the video recording(s), as well as an email address for questions, for 30 days after the program ends.
