SUMMER AT ITS BEST

Get outside and go with the flow—on the water, on the earth, and on the mat! Satisfy your longing for a connection to nature as you explore hiking, kayaking, and yoga in the beauty of the Berkshires.

Tap into nature’s profound ability to inspire us and help us gain clarity in our lives, as you:

  • Practice Kripalu Yoga to balance body and mind.
  • Hike the winding trails of Yokun Ridge, with different levels to suit your needs.
  • Relax into tranquil walking, forest meditations, and other Mindful Outdoor Experiences including a forest tea ceremony.
  • Enjoy guided kayaking and floating meditations on kayaks on beautiful Lake Mahkeenac.

Participants should be comfortable hiking on wooded trails over hilly and sometimes difficult terrain, and have some experience with kayaking.

Additional information about what to bring.
