BEGIN YOUR AYURVEDA STUDIES

Learn about Kripalu's School of Ayurveda through an hour of embodied practice.

Following the practice join Erin Casperson, Director of the Kripalu School of Ayurveda, for 30 minutes to learn more about the School of Ayurveda's upcoming trainings.

Uniting Yoga and Ayurveda: Practice and Info Session
Thursday, January 16, 2025, 4pm-5:30pm ET

Join Erin Casperson to make a cup of spring digestive tea and join in the info session to learn about the Kripalu School of Ayurveda’s Foundations of Ayurveda Program. This is also an opportunity to learn explore Foundations of Ayurveda as the beginning of the Ayurveda Health Counselor Training.

In addition to the yoga practice, you'll have the opportunity to learn more about the upcoming Uniting Yoga and Ayurveda Training Module.

This module is required for the 300-Hour Ayurveda Yoga Teacher Certification and the 800-Hour Professional Yoga Therapist Program. It also serves as an elective in the 300-Hour Kripalu Yoga Teacher Training Certification.
