Join Shiva Rea, global movement educator dedicated to the roots and evolution of vinyasa, for a program that explores moving meditation as a way of life. 

Explore full-spectrum embodiment and vital living with Prana Mandala designed to stimulate the whole body. Prana Mandala vinyasa is a movement meditation practice for cultivating whole-body awareness, flexibility, and rejuvenation in a mandala (circular) pattern.

Through a variety of vinyasa yoga flow sequences, you will:

  • Immerse yourself in the practice of circular flow, exploring its benefits for full-spectrum embodiment and vital living.
  • Learn to apply movement alchemy to the cycles of daily life through the integration of soulful wellness practices.
  • Deepen your understanding of the mandala as a representation of the body, home, community, earth, and cosmic rhythm.
  • Develop new neural pathways, balance, fluidity, creativity, strength, and flow with a 360-degree perspective.
