Fr. Thomas Ryan
Fr. Thomas Ryan, CSP, directs the North American Office for Ecumenical and Interfaith Relations in Boston, for his community, the Paulist Fathers. A writer, poet, lover of the outdoors, and Kripalu Yoga teacher, Tom has authored or coauthored 17 books on the spiritual life and released a DVD, Yoga Prayer. Among his titles are Prayer of Heart and Body: Meditation and Yoga as Christian Spiritual Practice; Reclaiming the Body in Christian Spirituality; Four Steps to Spiritual Freedom; Disciplines for Christian Living: Interfaith Perspectives; Soul Fire: Accessing Your Creativity; The Sacred Art of Fasting; Interreligious Prayer; Remember to Live!; and Praying by Hand, Praying with Beads: A Universal Form of Prayer.
