Lauren Gernady
Lauren Gernady is an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, a 500-hour Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher, a graduate of the Kripalu School of Ayurveda (KSA), and a former intern and Academic Coordinator of KSA. Now residing in Vermont, Lauren oversees the curriculum development and academic arm of the Mahatma School of Ayurveda. With a deep commitment to the study of Vedic traditions, Lauren spreads her love of Ayurveda, yoga, and Jyotish through writing, teaching, mentoring, and 1:1 consultations. Deeply steeped in these ancient practices, she has an empirical understanding of the transformational power of Ayurveda through diet, lifestyle interventions, clinical work, and Pañcakarma.
