Meg Agnew
Presenter
Meg Agnew, movement theater artist, director, and educator, has been performing and training actors for most of her life. She taught at NYU’s Experimental Theatre Wing, and worked with professional actors and children in the United States and Europe. A graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts Drama Department, Meg served as artistic director of DaK Theater in New York City. She was a dance and theater teaching artist for over 10 years in New York’s Capital Region and the Berkshires in Massachusetts. In 2006, she cofounded Heroic Productionz with Cindy L. Parrish. Meg has maintained a private practice as a licensed massage therapist, somatic movement therapist, Certified Trager Practitioner, and craniosacral therapist for 35 years. She served on the teaching staff of Kripalu’s School of Massage as well as Kripalu’s Healing Arts Department.
