Paul Foxman, PhD, is founder and director of the Vermont Center for Anxiety Care, a private psychology practice and therapist training center in Burlington, Vermont. He has over 40 years of experience as a psychologist in a variety of settings. A best-selling author, Dr. Foxman’s books include Dancing with Fear; The Worried Child; The Clinician’s Guide to Anxiety in Kids and Teens; and Traumas and Triumphs: A Psychologist’s Personal Recipe for HappinessAdditional publications on the topic of anxiety include a coauthored casebook, Conquering Panic and Anxiety Disorders. Dr. Foxman travels internationally to teach on the topic of anxiety and stress, and has appeared as an expert on radio and television.
