In this full weekend program, Kripalu Faculty Ilana Beigel covers the core concepts of RISE, Kripalu’s evidence-based, signature stress resilience program. Anchored in the science and practice of mindfulness, yoga, and positive psychology, the RISE curriculum balances practice, research, and real-world application.
Through traditional meditation, breath, and gentle movement practices, learn how to:
- Change the brain, making it easier to pay attention and stay calm.
- Build positivity, productivity, and mental clarity.
- Improve stress resilience in the moment and over time.
- Return home more mindful, resilient, and with experiences you can easily apply to your life.

- Train in evidence-based mind-body tools shown to reduce stress and foster wellbeing.
- Design a personalized plan for supporting your resilience beyond the program.
