FOR FEMALE BUSINESS OWNERS, ENTREPRENEURS, AND HEALING PROFESSIONALS

Join best-selling author, certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner, and women’s spiritual leadership expert, Sara Avant Stover, for a program that invites you to master your inner world and step into your brilliance.

A new kind of empowered female leader is emerging in these challenging times. She’s guided by the sacred, acting for the greatest good of all and drawing her strength from her wholeness rather than her wounds. Through meditation, women’s embodiment practices, psychological inquiry, and empowering business and leadership practices, learn to:

  • Overcome burnout, overwhelm, self-doubt, and self-sabotage.
  • Develop strong self-leadership skills.
  • Gain clarity to lead with boldness and courage.
  • Let your intuition guide you in both business and life.

Return home feeling connected to the powerful female archetype of the sorceress within, ready to actualize your true self, serve the world, and take excellent care of yourself and those you love.

NOTE For portions of this retreat—from late afternoon until mid-morning each day—silence will be encouraged. Please note the rest of the Kripalu campus will not be in silence which means other guests will be speaking and communicating.
