Join Kripalu Faculty Emilie Reid to explore how Summer’s qualities present in your body, mind and senses. Connect with your heart and with community, while you enjoy soothing, nourishing rituals.
In this weekend retreat, you will:
- Discover ways to harmonize with the season's invitation for space and ease.
- Experience soothing self-massage with oil.
- Develop a daily self-care routine to help cool and soften your body, mind, and spirit.
- Enjoy cooling herbal waters and teas to support you during the summer heat.
- Spend time on the land to understand how the elements in nature connect with your senses.
Return home with a renewed sense of rhythm, and tools to balance your internal sense of harmony all year long.
NOTE: Please bring clothing appropriate for self-massage with oil—such as a tank top, shorts, shirt, or pants that can be rolled up—as well as seasonally appropriate shoes and outerwear for outdoor walks and meditation.
