AN INVITATION TO CONNECT WITH THE SEASON

The winter woods are alive with wonder. Frozen waterfalls, evergreen trees wrapped in snow, and the cold, refreshing air make all your senses stand at attention.

Join Founder of the Kripalu School of Mindful Outdoor Leadership, Micah Mortali, for a journey into the enchanting realm of the winter woods at Kripalu this January. You will:

  • Explore a variety of nature meditations while enjoying the soothing warmth of a campfire.
  • Discover practices and skills to help you connect with the earth.
  • Connect with the stark beauty, silence, and stillness of winter.
  • Learn to read animal tracks in the snow.

Return home knowing how to embrace all that winter has to offer.
