Zen Practice for Transformative Times

RETURN TO YOUR LUMINOUS AWARENESS

How can we work creatively with the energies of these transformative times to discover a creative and centered path to our heart?

Join Buddhist teacher, Ji Hyang Padma, for a program that combines Zen practice with creative approaches drawn from transpersonal psychology. Using sacred ceremony and metta meditation to harness the power of group consciousness for the purpose of personal and societal transformation, this retreat invites you to:

  • Engage in Zen practice, kido (Zen chanting), and vision walk.
  • Discover inner resources to create positive outcomes in your everyday life.

Welcoming the energies of change with mindful awareness, we can learn to respond rather than react, thus developing resiliency and creating the life that is our heart's true path.

It is through our mindfulness practice that we return to our own luminous awareness like clear water.
