Glennon Doyle at Kripalu

WE CAN DO HARD THINGS

On Campus Program

Dive into the Untamed community with beloved Kripalu faculty and special guest, best-selling author Glennon Doyle in this first-of-its-kind retreat that combines raw honesty from Glennon with life skills, restorative practices, and community connection from Kripalu.

Based on her award-winning, chart-topping podcast We Can Do Hard Things and wisdom-filled book by the same name, Glennon Doyle speaks with strength and vulnerability about navigating life’s challenges, exploring the topics that matter most, including mental health, relationships, parenting, and personal growth—creating a space for authentic connection and healing.

Leave inspired by her profound insights, empowered to face your own hard things, and equipped with the tools to embrace bravery and self-compassion. In this retreat, you will:

  • Hear Glennon speak in a powerful 90-minute talk focused on navigating life’s challenges, followed by a Q&A with Kripalu Faculty Eset Rose.
  • Learn embodied tools to skillfully ride the waves of life and move through challenging times using the Kripalu methodology.
  • Experience Kripalu restorative practices of movement, breathwork, and meditation that increase our capacity to meet hard times.
  • Open to the power of community connection through reflective journaling, sharing, and integration.

In these uncertain times, ignite your transformation with Glennon Doyle and learn how We Can Do Hard Things, together.

NOTE: Please be aware that Glennon Doyle's portion of this program is Saturday afternoon only. The rest of the weekend consists of restorative practices of movement, breathwork, and meditation in alignment with her philosophy.
