Jessica Durivage
Kripalu Staff
Jessica Durivage is a facilitator, transformational leader, and community weaver dedicated to reimagining leadership, healing, and community. As the Director of Online Programming at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, she oversees online strategy, programming, livestreams, and the Kripalu Online Studio with over 1200 members (and counting!). She also facilitates Transformational Leadership Retreats at Kripalu, creating spaces where leaders can deepen their capacity for relational intelligence, authenticity, and regenerative leadership.
A ceremonialist and space-holder, Jessica weaves together somatic healing, social justice, and earth-based wisdom to foster meaningful connection and change. She is the co-founder of Passion for the Possible, a professional development initiative that centers relational leadership as a shared responsibility, inviting more connected and sustainable ways of working together.
With over two decades of experience in wellness, leadership, and program innovation, Jessica has worn many hats—from massage therapist and yoga teacher to podcast host and online course creator. From 2009–2017, she hosted the acclaimed podcast Where is My Guru and founded an online school of the same name, producing courses with thought leaders, activists, and visionaries worldwide.
A lifelong seeker, Jessica is devoted to the intersection of healing, creativity, and sacred traditions. She lives in the Appalachian Mountains, where she and her family are stewarding land and cultivating a way of life rooted in reverence, reciprocity, and connection.
At the heart of her work is a simple yet profound question: How can we remember what is possible—within ourselves, our communities, and the world?
