Practices we learned from Micah, Katie, and in community with one another are helping, and out there, and working. Thanks Micah & Katie for being life-changing visionaries.

Because of a connection with a fellow student during my Level 2 training with brother KMOG, I am teaching a course called Nature, Mindfulness, & Spirituality at VT State that includes Sit Spot and various practices we know like Owl Eyes, Long Exhale, etc. That’s just a context. The point is that students are sharing in their writings very sincerely & personally about how they are using the practices to manage their own trauma histories, day-to-day concerns, and the vagaries of the news cycle. I am always humbled & often moved when students share from their hearts. The work is out there. Practices we learned from Micah, Katie & in community w one another are helping, and out there, and working. We see this in MOEs we do as well, I know. Our community is real and ever extending. Thank you for letting me give witness this morning. Thanks Kripalu. Thanks KMOG buds. Thanks Micah & Katie for being life-changing visionaries.
