Preview the Training:

Ayurvedic Physiology: The Body’s Tissues and Channels

Delve into Ayurvedic anatomy and physiology, focusing on the body’s tissues (dhatus) and channels (srotamsi). Learn how tissues are formed through balanced digestion and proper nutrition, and discover the body's energy pathways that connect organs, ensuring vitality and harmony.

Optimizing Digestive Health

Ayurveda teaches that a strong digestive system is the cornerstone of good health. Explore how to assess digestive strength, create personalized nutrition plans, and use foods, herbs and spices to enhance digestion, boost energy, and restore balance. Learn how your spice cabinet can serve as a powerful medicine cabinet, supporting optimal health.

Daily Routine as Preventive Care

Learn how to inspire clients to integrate Ayurveda into their daily lives through simple yet effective practices. From aligning with circadian rhythms to using tools like the neti pot, abhyanga, and nasya oil, discover how small daily actions can have a profound impact on overall wellness.

Health Coaching Skills

Develop practical health coaching skills by working with clients in clinical settings throughout the program. Refine your approach, learn to address individual needs, and gain confidence in guiding clients towards lasting health transformations.

Etiology and Pathology: Understanding the Root of Disease

Ayurveda is unique in its approach to identifying and treating the root causes of imbalance, rather than just managing symptoms. Learn how to uncover the underlying causes of health issues using the eightfold clinical evaluation and a holistic narrative approach.

Ayurveda and Mental Wellness

Expand on your knowledge of Ayurveda’s perspective on mental health. Explore the doshas of the mind and discover strategies to support emotional balance through nutrition, daily routines, and nervous system care. This module also covers when to refer clients to mental health professionals.

Guiding Clients in Meditation and Pranayama

Explore the transformative power of meditation and breathwork through Ayurvedic practices. Learn how pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation can support mental clarity, emotional balance, and stress relief, addressing doshic imbalances and enhancing overall well-being.
