CHERISH THE GIFTS OF GETTING OLDER

Aging can relegate us to society’s margins, yet if we are fortunate, we will have many more years to enjoy as elders than we did fitting into youth’s narrow confines.

Join author, ambassador for Grateful Living, and stage IV cancer survivor, Kristi Nelson, for a spirited yet practical exploration of the gifts of aging. Kristi will invite you to engage with life more fully and gratefully—just as it is, just as you are. Through presentations, meditations, poetry, reflective writing, dialogue, and actionable practices, you will learn to:

  • Befriend aging so you can be more wholeheartedly present for your life.
  • Cultivate and celebrate all that is enhanced and possible as you grow older.
  • Embrace yourself and your relationships with greater appreciation.
  • Become more at peace, even—and especially—in the face of the unknown.

The beauty of growing older is that it offers us abundant opportunities to discover, experience, and share our authentic selves. Return home ready to welcome aging as the opportunity and privilege that it truly is.
