PRACTICAL TOOLS FOR A LIFELONG PROCESS

Grief is a universal human experience yet very few of us have received any formal education on how to navigate the complex and often overwhelming process of loss. We continue to process the astounding amount of loss experienced in the wake of the pandemic when so many dealt with the death of their loved ones. We also experience other losses associated with our health, relationships, finances, and work—just to name a few.

Join grief experts, Meghan Jarvis, Allison Gilbert, Barri Leiner Grant, and Charlene Lam, for a program that provides you with a comprehensive understanding of how grief manifests in the body, mind, and spirit. Organized around the six core components of the Grief Mentor Method™–an innovative tool designed to help grievers create their own personalized grief process—this workshop will give you practical tools and exercises to help move the energy created by grief through the body.

In a caring and nurturing environment, you will:

  • Experience movement, writing, meditation, energy healing, breathwork, and deep rest.
  • Increase your grief education through short learning modules and experiences.
  • Learn interventions to alleviate present day emotional and psychological burdens.

Return home with a personal, culturally-informed, and flexible process to best support yourself—and insight into how to support others.

NOTE This program is suitable for grievers at any point in their grief journey, clinicians, coaches, and/or those supporting other grievers.
