Marlysa Sullivan
Marlysa Sullivan, MPT, C-IAYT, is an assistant professor in integrative health sciences at Maryland University of Integrative Health, and also teaches in the university’s master’s of science in yoga therapy program. She is adjunct faculty at Emory University, where she teaches the integration of yoga and meditation into physical therapy practice. Marlysa also works with the Center for Integrative Yoga Studies, teaching yoga trainings and programs. Her primary interests are the integration of yoga therapy into modern healthcare contexts and bridging ancient wisdom with contemporary science and thought. Marlysa’s areas of expertise include working with chronic pain, orthopedic, and neurological conditions.
