Mary Bond

Mary Bond, MA, a Rolf Movement® coach, Registered Somatic Movement Educator, and emerita faculty of the Rolf Institute®, teaches a sensory approach for transforming posture, movement, and worldview internationally. Her book The New Rules of Posture has been translated into four languages. Her accessible teaching style turns fascia research and brain science into embodied and practical tools for healthy living. Mary’s message about the power of interoception and embodiment is an antidote to today’s culture of urgency and distraction, and her somatic philosophy is a perfect accompaniment to yoga and other body disciplines. Her most recent book is Your Body Mandala: Posture as a Path to Presence.
