Noel O'Shea
Noel O’Shea was responsible for the management of all trees under the ownership of the National Parks Service in Ireland. This work included their preservation and care by qualified arborists and the planting and maintenance of new and existing woodlands. Noel’s love of trees stretches far beyond his professional work and is driven by a life-long passion for nature and the spirit of the earth. Recent scientific understanding has shown us how connected, complex, and communicative trees really are, and Noel believes this is an exciting time of learning from nature rather than about nature. This re-imagining of our relationship with trees is helping to heal our disconnection from the earth.
