Richard Borofsky

Richard Borofsky, EdD, is cofounder and codirector, with his wife, Antra Kalnins Borofsky, of the Center for the Study of Relationship in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where they provide couples therapy and workshops on the practice of relationship. They have been a couple for 50 years. He has been a clinical psychologist for more than 40 years, is trained in Gestalt therapy, and is a longtime student of Zen. He and Antra are contributing authors to Right Here with You: Bringing Mindful Awareness into Our Relationships; Joyful Wedding; Wisdom and Compassion in Psychotherapy; and On Intimate Ground: A Gestalt Approach to Working with Couples. In 1995, Boston magazine gave them the “Best of Boston” award for their work with couples.
