Sabrina Allard
Sabrina Allard is a curious explorer, utilizing creativity as a source of healing and a means to provide a message of freedom to the world. She can be found at home, expressing through painting, writing poetry, singing and dancing. Sabrina is inspired by our shared humanity and the ways nature teaches us to connect and heal. She is dedicated to art and dance movement as a medium of change for personal growth and social, racial and environmental justice.
Sabrina brings over 20 years of experience in a multitude of industries including positive youth development, insurance education & advocacy, empowerment and sustainability. Starting out in the nonprofit world as a family advocate, Sabrina moved into the insurance industry with Liberty Mutual where she spent a decade advising and educating clients and building sales teams. Currently, Sabrina is the Deputy Director of the youth-empowered nonprofit Railroad Street Youth Project. She holds a Bachelor’s of Psychology from the University of Connecticut, is a certified Sexual Health Educator through Planned Parenthood, is BEST Youth Worker certified and holds a Family Development credential through the University of Connecticut. Relationship building and active listening is at the heart of all the work she does as a youth advocate and community organizer.
