"What a great class! At age 40, I am just now discovering my 'inner jock.' Sage gave me a new image of an athlete that is healthy, balanced, focused and listens to their body. She brought yoga to my level, made it accessible, and gave me a great base to build on." —Leigh F.
"The program was fantastic! It will help me on the tennis court, in my yoga classes, and even at my desk. The careful descriptions of the poses were something I really needed [and] the group discussions were terrific. The different activities made each day exciting and unexpected." —Jeanne S.
