Samantha Anderson

Samantha Anderson is a Qoya Inspired Movement teacher, a Usui Ryoho Reiki Master, and a She Recovers® coach who works with women on all forms of addiction. Certified in functional nutrition with the Integrative Women's Health Institute, she is passionate about inviting individuals to discover their path and purpose, igniting their healing potential and transforming the way we incorporate mind, body, and spirit in our daily lives. Her career path has focused on women’s empowerment, and she works to create a better future for women and the organizations they lead by facilitating their growth and power.
Samantha's transformational coaching process guides her clients to identify, create, and steward opportunities that align with their values and vision for the world and for themselves. She employs methods and strategies to bring focus back to what is essential—to what feeds our purpose and allows us to flourish. Samantha holds a bachelor's degree from Tufts University and a master's degree in US Women's History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. As a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, trained at the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, Samantha works with clients to develop and implement effective strategies to improve their health using lifestyle change, nutrition, joyful movement, sleep practices, and stress management.
