QOYA: Embodying Reverence Everyday Lifestyle Practices
- Presenter: Rochelle Schieck
ATTUNE WITH YOUR CENTER
With so much transformation in ourselves and in the world, many of us seek ways to honor our most authentic selves and reconnect to body, mind, heart, and soul.
Qoya is based on the idea that, through movement, you remember your true essence: wise, wild, and free. Qoya empowers you to trust your inner wisdom and feel an embodied resonance of truth. Join Qoya creator Rochelle Schieck as she invites you to explore—through ritual, community, and pilgrimage:
- Daily Qoya classes that combine yoga, dance, and other forms of movement
- How to strengthen your connection to community through group sharing
- Ways to live—and be inspired by—LORE, creating a lifestyle of reverence everyday
- The energy that connects us to the earth, nature, spirit and to each other
- Self-care and gratitude practices to nurture your soul.
You are invited to gather together in community in times of accelerated personal and social change to reimagine what it is like to live a lifestyle of reverence everyday by letting the guiding question be: “How can I be in right relationship?” There is no right or wrong way to do Qoya. If it feels right in your body, you’re doing it right. Come notice, honor, and express how you feel, and give yourself the gift of time to deeply nourish your highest self.
