EMPOWER YOUR HEALING JOURNEY
Join Grandmaster Yang Yang, PhD, founder of the online WaQi platform, for a rare in-person weekend workshop and explore WaQi—a unique integration of tai chi, qigong, and meditation practices designed to alleviate chronic back pain and enhance overall well-being.
Through gentle movements and stillness practices, you will:
- Release tension, boost energy flow, improve body alignment, and strengthen your core.
- Experience practices—rooted in Chinese healing and martial arts traditions—that offer a holistic approach to back pain.
- Learn about the effectiveness of the WaQi program as published in the North American Spine Society Journal (see recommended reading below).
Master Yang will share his personal journey of recovering from chronic back pain after a bike accident—without the surgery that had been recommended—offering hope and inspiration to participants.
The program will also feature a presentation by special guest, Dr. Roger Hartl, a world-renowned pioneer and leader in minimally invasive spinal surgery and an advocate for multidisciplinary approaches in spine care.
