Join Kripalu faculty, Susan Wrba and Emilie Reid, as they guide you to explore the Ayurveda approach of lifestyle and food tools that prevent and alleviate allergies, sluggishness, lethargy, and heaviness.

  • Prepare light, nourishing, and easy-to-digest foods for spring.
  • Create a daily self-care routine that increases energy and digestion.

NOTE Please bring clothing appropriate for self-massage with oil—such as a tank top, shorts, shirt, or pants that can be rolled up—and outdoor clothing and shoes. Time is spent outside in this program and the temperature varies in the Berkshires.
