EXPERIENCE A SENSE OF EMPOWERMENT

Trauma can disrupt the harmony between mind and body, leaving individuals feeling out of sync with themselves and their surroundings.

Join integrative trauma therapists, Linda Thai and Mariah Rooney, for a new program that explores the intricate interplay between trauma, neurobiology, and our somatic experiences.

Through a variety of carefully curated modalities including somatic exercises, psychodrama structures, the work of psychomotor psychotherapy, and narrative-changing techniques, you will:

  • Explore the ways trauma alters our biological systems and influences our responses.
  • Learn the tools that break cycles of re-enactment and suffering.
  • Navigate and heal from past wounds, fostering a deeper sense of groundedness and openness.
  • Address entrenched relational patterns and embrace all parts of yourself.
  • Transcend unresolved experiences and open up to the pleasure of being fully alive in the present moment.

This immersive experience is designed to help you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms and reclaim a sense of wholeness and presence. Embrace this opportunity to enrich your journey of self-discovery and leave with a lasting imprint of healing on your body and nervous system.
