The Mindful Masculine
- Presenter: Hawah Kasat

A RETREAT FOR MEN
For far too long, men have been socially conditioned to favor domination and brute power. This kind of behavior has sewn violence and discord, leaving us confused by how we got here.
Join artists and yoga instructors, Hawah Kasat and jean-jacques gabriel, for a program that invites you to explore the new world we are creating—a world in which men have a vital role as equal stewards and lean into paradigms of partnership, nurturing, and compassion.
Through asana, pranayama, meditation, shadow work, and more, you will
- Explore how we define, embody, and support the masculinity of others.
- Shape healthy narratives and engage in community healing.
- Weave new stories where men are forces of nourishment.
We must undo thousands of years of patriarchy, both internal and external, to create communities of brotherhood that uplift a more accountable, vulnerable, and mindful masculinity. Our liberation is intimately and irrevocably connected to this essential work of creating balanced, beloved communities.
NOTE This program welcomes all races, ethnicities, spiritual paths, and anyone who identifies as a man to this retreat.
