Moving through Fire And Water A Yoga and Mindfulness Retreat

Image

BALANCE THE ELEMENTS WITHIN

Water and fire symbolize life, fertility, creativity, and inspiration. In traditional Chinese medicine, the elements of fire and water help us better understand our health.

Join yoga teachers Kiesha Battles and Matthew Weston for a program that offers practices from both ends of the energetic spectrum. Through creative vinyasa yoga and easeful, supported yin yoga, you will:

  • Enjoy a harmonious blend of invigorating and subtle movement.
  • Harness the power of fire and water.
  • Balance the elements within.

Return home feeling renewed, ready to begin 2025 with a fresh perspective.

"Love is the water of life. And a lover is a soul of fire! The universe turns differently when fire loves water." —Shams Tabrizi
