Marla Teyolia

Marla Teyolia is a master coach, Indigenous wisdom keeper, and CEO reinventing how Black and Indigenous women of color heal, lead, and rise. Operating at the intersection of personal transformation, leadership development, and trauma-informed Indigenous-based healing, Marla specializes in blending the modern with the ancient to unpack and heal the emotional depths that drive us all. Her practice is rooted in over 25 years of study in ancestral healing, meditation, yoga, trauma-informed breathwork, and curanderismo, a Mesoamerican, holistic healing system rooted in personal agency, the natural world, lineage, and ritual. She holds a Masters of Science from Columbia University with a focus on organizational development and individual clinical practice. Marla is a Certified Empowerment Coach and Facilitator, a Conversational Intelligence® (C-IQ) Enhanced Skill Practitioner, a Certified Breathwork Practitioner, and Registered Yoga Teacher.
