Through gentle movement, breathing, and music, you will:
- Learn simple, trauma-sensitive, breath-centered techniques.

- Practice breathwork including coherent breathing, Sky and Earth, Painting the Waterfall, and The Great Harmonizer of the Breath.
- Participate in small group processes.
Dr. Gerbarg discusses research (e.g., studies on anxiety, PTSD, COVID stress, bowel disease, and everyday stress) that explains how breath techniques, combined with other practices, lead to significant rapid improvements in psychological and physical well-being, sympathetic-parasympathetic balance, emotion regulation, and symptom resolution in a wide range of conditions. She also presents new developments in BBM disaster relief in Ukraine, Israel, Lebanon, Turkey, Rwanda, Ireland, and other places.
