A BRAND-NEW WORKSHOP FOR SINGLES

Are you single and looking for more aliveness in your dating life? If dating apps have left you isolated and cynical, you're not alone.

Join founder of The Feels, Allie Hoffman, and queer artist and somatic coach, Zoe Galle, for a weekend program designed to help you map a new path to how you date and relate. This brand-new offering offers a paradigm shift in how to treat yourself and others.

Through guided movement, somatic exercises, boundary work, journaling, and more, you will:

  • Identify patterns that no longer serve you.
  • Navigate discomfort and understand projection.
  • Gain valuable communication skills.
  • Learn how to date yourself better.
  • Connect with a values-aligned community.

Return home with heightened self-awareness and tools you can apply in your dating life moving forward.

NOTE The Feels has a multiyear track record of supporting its community via group threads and a weekly newsletter to ensure you continue to feel supported.
