How can you cultivate lasting feelings of joyful renewal, focused intention, and inner peace? Join meditation teacher and 20-year Kripalu faculty member, Larissa Hall Carlson, for a lighthearted mindfulness retreat that supports you in delving inward and refreshing your perspective.

Larissa will guide you through a variety of inspiriting mindfulness techniques to enhance clarity and tranquility, including:

  • Relaxing meditations for deep rejuvenation, self-care, and compassion.
  • Mindful coloring for inner quietness and radiant self-expression.  
  • Mindful jigsaw puzzles for reflection and contemplation.  
  • A group sand mandala as a reminder of the interconnectedness of all beings.  
  • Meditative techniques to access limitless insight, contentment, and clarity.

Access happiness, ease, and resolve from one New Year to the next. Return home feeling joyful and inspired to weave mindfulness into your daily life.
