BE FULLY ALIVE

Biodanza was created and developed by Chilean anthropologist and psychologist Rolando Araneda Toro and his many collaborators over a period of 50 years. Defined as a system of human development, Biodanza takes place in group sessions to stimulate joy, vital energy, sensitivity to life, communication, awakening to pleasure, and the unfolding of illuminated consciousness.

Join Biodanza facilitator, Maira Martinez, and her apprentice, Dan Getman, for a weekend of integration and renewal. Through music, singing, dance, movement, and more, you will:

  • Take a break from the mad rush of the world.
  • Feeling the flow of qi, the dance of life at your center.
  • Weave ribbons of slowness, silence, and gentleness.
  • Improve your physical, emotional, and mental state.
  • Rediscover our universal connection.

Return home reunited with the secret paths where eternity whispers softly in the heart of everyday life.
