During this workshop, you will:
- Learn the inner alchemy and power of intention according to the Tantric teachings.
- Align your body, mind, and heart with the five elements through alignment-based Ashaya Yoga.
- Release self-limiting patterns and beliefs that hold you back.
- Cultivate deep peace through breathing, meditation, and yoga nidra.
- Receive hands-on adjustments to improve your alignment and find more ease in the poses.
- Enjoy music and chanting mantras and invocations.

NOTE Ashaya Yoga is an accessible, therapeutic, and safe practice for all levels of beginners to advanced yogis. Modifications will be given, and participants will be encouraged to go at their own pace.
