SLOW DOWN, GO WITHIN & BALANCE YOUR ENERGY

Join yoga teacher, Kiesha Battles, for a program that guides you to comfortably apply the physical, mental, and energetic benefits of the yin yoga practices. Whether you're a yoga instructor who wants to expand your knowledge of yin yoga or a yoga practitioner who wants to deepen your understanding of the practice, this program will immerse you in all the ways the practice can rehabilitate and strengthen the body and mind.

Through meditation, movement, breathwork, discussion, dharma talks, and more, you will:

  • Learn how the body and mind can surrender toward a greater range of motion.
  • Stretch your body into stillness as you push your thoughts into silence.
  • Observe how yin yoga can support you to maintain seasonal balance.

Allow time to be your friend as the spring season brings beginnings and fresh starts.  Return home feeling expanded by your knowledge of yin yoga and the support of community.
