Wuji Hundun Qigong An Ancient Healing Practice

Image

BE A SELF-HEALING WARRIOR

Wuji Hundun Qigong is the 800-year-old lineage of Master Duan Zhi Liang whose ancestors were once the physicians and martial artists who protected the royal families of China. Master Duan taught Daisy that hundun is a natural part of life; it is the space where the predictable becomes unknown and life changes in an instant. It is a firm yet gentle reminder to take nothing for granted and to get comfortable enough with the chaos that you can be like the still and calm eye of a hurricane

Join international qigong teacher and founder of Radiant Lotus Qigong, Daisy Lee, as she demonstrates how Wuji Hundun Qigong can:

  • Empower your joint and tendon strength.
  • Boost immunity, increase blood circulation, and improve mental focus.
  • Help you understand and manage hundun, or chaos.

Wuji Hundun Qigong was previously taught as a secret form of martial arts and self-healing. Today, it continues to support people in achieving and maintaining optimal health as well as treating chronic conditions and injuries—from stress and hypertension to poor circulation, and from eye strain to compromised digestion.
