Session 1: Why Are My Eyes So Tired? Improving Eye Health With Eastern And Western Methods Building on the vision improvement techniques pioneered by William Bates, the father of natural vision improvement, and the wisdom of Chinese medicine, this session explores evidence-based practices from both East and West to relax your eyes and reduce visual stress. This session may be taken on its own as a standalone program. |
Session 2: Yoga and Qigong for the Eyes: Stretch Away Tension to Improve Eyesight Learn yoga stretches and qigong movements to release tension by opening the liver and gall bladder meridian pathways, which are linked to better vision. Additionally, you'll explore poses designed to relax your shoulder girdle and neck muscles, allowing your head to float freely and comfortably on your spine. |
Session 3: Vision Quest: Unlocking Outer and Inner Clarity for Purpose and Meaning Beyond the physical act of seeing, cultivating inner vision—the ability to perceive ourselves, our lives, and our opportunities with clarity—is essential. Discover practices to deepen your inner vision, allowing you to gain fresh insights and strengthen your connection to the outer vision of your life. |
Session 4: Putting it All Together: Creating a Meaningful Home Practice Revisit the key exercises we've practiced, selecting the most essential ones to help you craft both a meaningful 10-minute and 20-minute home routine. Marc will also highlight the most effective exercises for various eye conditions. |
