Are you ready to focus on your well-being? The New Year marks the beginning of a new cycle and is an auspicious time to make changes. 

Join experienced yoga and dance teacher Jovinna Chan for a program that invites you to slow down, be intentional with your actions, and transmute whatever beliefs and habits that are no longer serving you. Through meditative yoga practices and more, Jovinna will guide you through the teachings of Patanjali’s eight limbs of yoga so you can rebuild your foundation, clarify your direction, and deepen your personal practice. You will:

  • Learn to manage your stress and anxiety.
  • Revive a sluggish nervous system. 
  • Trust your body’s wisdom to heal and guide you.
  • Experience your innate peace and joy. 
  • Ignite your passion, creativity, and life's purpose.
  • Expand your understanding of the holistic approach to yoga. 

Return home rejuvenated and with insights to make positive and healthy changes to your lifestyle.

NOTE Guest teacher and sound healer, Malú Doherty, will be offering sound healing to the group during one session of this week.
